There exists another shower at the entrance wall you can use when you come back from the beach, especially designed to easily remove the sand from your feet.
The living room is also spacious, having special care been taken in creating an open atmosphere, by integrating the outside and inside with the use of large open windows, and the diverse ambiences -kitchen, dining-area, sitting-room, in a comfortably-large space.
Best quality choice woods have been selected and hand-made unique pieces of furniture have been designed, to create an agreeable, relaxed sensation.
The kitchen is made out of cedre wood, the worktop is made out of granite stone; double sink, Teka-brand ceramic hobs and oven, american-style double-door fridge with ice and water dispenser. There exists a kitchen station, with breakfast table, and equipped/fitted with a single sink.
The water is coming from a covered well located within the land, which is treated with a purification UV system, and a double-particle filter. A gas heater provides for hot water in abundance for the house.
The house is completely fitted and ready to live in.
The laundry has been equipped with an automatic Bosh european washing machine, and has a small attic for storage purposes.
The garden is decorated with a collection of heliconias, bromelias, orquideas and other tropical plants.
On the rear there is enough space to built a swimming pool or a bungalow.

El lote mide 1159 m cuadrados y esta ubicado en playa negra de Puerto Viejo, una bonita y tranquila zona a menos de 200m de la playa.
La casa tiene unos 200m, mas 50 m de deck y 35m de parqueo cubierto. Tiene 2 dormitorios y ambos son principales con baño y camas king-size, los armarios son empotrados. Los baños tienen una parte de exterior, uno lo hemos hecho estilo Gaudi muy organico con doble lavamanos, ducha exterior y jacuzzi bajo techo todo ello decorado con mosaico,y el otro mas natural, las paredes simulan roca y la ducha-tina es como una cascada, tambien con lavamanos doble. Tambien tiene una ducha exterior para cuando se vuelve de la playa.
La cocina esta hecha a medida con madera de cedro maciza, con sobre de granito e isla, tiene una pila doble y otra sencilla en la isla, vitroceramica de gas horno de marca Teka asi como los fuegos, la refri es estilo americano con doble puerta y dispensador de agua y hielo. El agua es de pozo y la casa posee un sistema de purificacion de agua por luz ultravioleta, dos filtros de particulas y sistema de calentador de agua por gas en toda la casa. Tiene desayunador en la isla. Tambien incluye mesa de comedor para 6 comensales asi como un sillon en L de 3m en el salon, todo ello incluido con la casa. La casa esta completamente amueblada, lista para entrar a vivir.
El cuarto de pila incluye lavadora Bosh nueva totalmente automatica estilo europeo y un pequeño altillo para guardar maletas.
El jardin tiene una gran coleccion de heliconias, bromelias, orquideas y demas plantas tropicales. En la parte posteriar tiene espacio suficiente para construir una piscina o un bungalow.
Dentro del hongo se encuentra el pozo, el purificador, el calentador y sirve como bodega y el sombrero del hongo es el parqueo cubierto.
